Vice President
The Vice President is responsible for the staffing of special functions and projects as required. He/she is responsible for sending reminder notices to members who volunteer to work an alumni/donor event. The Vice President shall replace the President as presiding officer when necessary.

Director of Membership
The Director of Membership is responsible for taking minutes at business and officer meetings. He/she shall also maintain a record of absences. The Director of Membership is further charged with the maintenance of the SF By-Laws, and roster. He/she will be responsible for mailing reminder notices for meetings. Finally, the Director of Membership shall be in charge of inter-foundation communications.

Director of Student Recruitment
The Director of Student Recruitment works with the Admissions Office to give prospective students one-to-one contact with current TCU students. This contact may range from specially guided campus tours to personal letters relating a positive TCU experience and encouraging a prospective student’s choice of TCU. Using as many creative means as are feasible to both the Admissions Office and Student Foundation, the Director shall work to achieve constructive interaction between all SF members and prospective TCU students. Specific activities include coordinating daily tours given by Student Foundation members as well as organizing the Student Foundation tours for every Monday at TCU.

Director of Morale
The Director of Morale has the overall responsibility of motivating the membership of Student Foundation. He/She is also responsible for serving as chairman of the Big Switch Committee and completing the annual Membership Directory. In addition, He/She will expected to plan and facilitate group-building activities throughout each semester in order to promote a more social environment amongst the members of Student Foundation.

Director of Special Programs
The Director of Special Programs is responsible for evaluating and improving current programs to ensure that they accomplish their goal in the best manner possible, and also for helping develop any new programs which may better help Student Foundation to fulfill its purpose of presenting the University to both prospective students and alumni. He/She is also responsible for any short-term jobs or projects which may be deemed as necessary by the advisors or other officers. Specific responsibilities include coordinating the Big Switch, Career Mentor Program, and Senior Executive Committee (SEC).
